Monthly Performance Overview
New patients and booked consults both stayed strong, with organic search continuing to carry the heaviest enquiry load.
The month combined a sharp lift in new patients with steady lead demand, while paid search and Invisalign follow-up remained the main efficiency watchouts.
New patient numbers rose to 81 in June, which was not only the strongest month of 2026 so far, but also the highest June result across the five-year comparison set. The main pipeline also held a high number of booked consults at 24 from 52 recorded leads, which kept the practice moving meaningful demand into the schedule.
Calls softened from May, but answer coverage remained strong and organic search still produced the largest identifiable source share by a wide margin. Paid traffic remained active across both Google Ads and Meta, but Google Ads became more expensive per click while Invisalign leads still showed the biggest follow-up gap.
Key Results
New-patient growth, booked consult volume, and search-led demand were the clearest strengths this month, while Invisalign follow-up remained the main conversion gap.
Full New Patient History

| Month | 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 | 2026 |
|---|
This was the strongest month in 2026 so far
At 81 new patients, June finished ahead of every other 2026 month to date and ahead of every prior June in the comparison.
The year is now almost level with the early highs
January to June 2026 now totals 380 new patients. That puts the year just 3 behind 2022 and 1 behind 2023 over the same six months, while remaining comfortably ahead of 2024 and 2025.
The month reversed the softer May finish
After easing to 55 in May, the jump to 81 showed a strong reset in demand rather than a continued slowdown. It also pushed the result to just 2 below the highest single month anywhere in the full table.
Creative Delivery
Creative output supported steady organic posting across the month.

Lead Outcomes
Main-pipeline lead quality stayed commercially solid, while Invisalign continued to generate demand but convert too little of it into booked appointments.
Source attribution remained incomplete across the main pipeline, but the clearly attributed enquiries still showed support from both Google Ads and Webchat.
Intent remained real throughout the month: 24 consults were booked, 16 analysed enquiries were marked ready to book, and only one lead sat in no-response after entering the pipeline. The main performance drag was the 25 leads that still ended as not interested, pointing to a qualification and offer-framing gap rather than a shortage of enquiry volume.
Lead generation was not the issue here. All 17 enquiries were attributed to Facebook Ads, but only 2 progressed to appointment booked while 9 stalled after contact. That points much more to re-contact success and consult conversion than to a shortage of top-of-funnel demand.
The strongest pattern in this pipeline was follow-up drop-off, which remained the main barrier between enquiry volume and booked appointments.
Call Performance
Answer coverage stayed strong, organic search remained the dominant call driver, and missed-call volume stayed low.
Call status breakdown
Largest identifiable sources
Call volume eased from May, but answer coverage remained very strong and organic search still dominated the measurable call mix. That keeps local search as the most reliable enquiry channel going into July.

Paid Search Performance
Paid search held click-through quality but became more expensive than the prior month.
Compared with May, click volume stayed broadly flat while spend rose, which pushed CPC meaningfully higher. The positive trade-off is that CTR improved from 9.97% to 11.1%, suggesting the ad message still attracted attention even though traffic became more expensive to secure.
Meta Performance
Meta delivery stayed broad, with the strongest attention still coming from Invisalign objection-handling creative.
Invisalign Myth-Busting Video
The strongest-performing creative by reach remained the Invisalign myth-busting video, delivering 35,392 reach and 1,400 clicks. Support creative focused on payment options, services offered, patient offers, and clinician introductions also contributed steady visibility throughout the month.
Compared with May, spend and impressions both eased slightly, while CPC and CPM improved. That points to steadier efficiency even without expanding overall delivery volume.

Website Traffic
Traffic softened slightly month on month, with organic search still leading the mix and paid traffic remaining the second-largest grouped channel.
Google Business Profile Performance
Google Business Profile remained a meaningful local discovery channel, led by search visibility and call activity.
Total GBP views across the last 30 days, including 1.3K search views and 261 maps views.
Calls were again the strongest measurable response, supported by 80 website visits from the profile.
No conversations or online bookings were attributed inside the profile reporting view for this period, so the clearest measurable value continues to come through calls and site visits.
Landing Page Activity
Landing-page activity remained concentrated on the main paid-search page, with keyword demand centred on local dentist searches.

Recommended Shoot Focus
A new shoot would be most valuable if it first builds a stronger evergreen content bank, then adapts that material into campaign-ready assets for the next booking windows.
Build one evergreen content bank
Prioritise reusable content that builds trust and supports conversion across paid campaigns, organic posting, landing pages, and retargeting.
Focus on conversion-led topics
The strongest priorities are Invisalign objection-handling, emergency guidance, family care, and clinician-trust content.
Create assets for both evergreen and seasonal use
Use the shoot to support ongoing conversion content, late-winter emergency promotion, and the September to October family campaign period.
What To Do Next
The next phase should protect high-intent local demand, improve Invisalign conversion, and prepare timely campaigns while strengthening long-term brand assets.
Improve Invisalign follow-up
Focus on faster first contact, same-day reattempts, and clearer consult messaging before increasing spend.
Keep search focused on local intent
Prioritise Joondalup, emergency, and service-specific high-intent searches rather than broadening spend.
Prepare the next two campaign windows
Prioritise emergency dental in late winter, then family check-up promotion ahead of the 26 September to 11 October school-holiday period.
